1. 15-day refund promise

ToolBoxManager offers a 15-calendar-day refund window for eligible original software purchases. If the product is not right for you, submit the refund request within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Simple rule: a valid refund request received within the 15-day window is handled under this policy without forcing you through an unnecessary troubleshooting process.

2. How to request a refund

Use the support or refund method provided by the checkout provider, marketplace, purchase receipt, or ToolBoxManager support channel. Include enough information to locate the transaction, normally the purchase email, order or transaction ID, and product name.

3. What happens after a refund

When a refund is approved, the payment is returned through the original payment channel where practical. The ToolBoxManager license associated with that refunded purchase may be deactivated, and continued use of paid-only access after the refund is not authorized.

4. Processing time

The date ToolBoxManager or the checkout provider approves a refund is not always the same date the funds appear on your card, bank, or payment account. Final posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Requests after 15 days

After the voluntary 15-day refund window, refunds are generally not guaranteed. However, this policy does not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you for defective digital content, failed delivery, misrepresentation, or another remedy that cannot legally be waived.

6. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged twice, purchased the wrong license by mistake, or experienced a billing error, contact the checkout provider or ToolBoxManager support promptly. Billing errors are handled separately from dissatisfaction-based refund requests.

7. Third-party products and services

This refund policy applies to the ToolBoxManager software purchase itself. Separate products, add-ons, services, taxes, currency-conversion fees, bank fees, or third-party charges may be governed by the provider that charged them.

8. Consumer rights

Some countries provide statutory cancellation, conformity, guarantee, or refund rights for digital content and online purchases. Where mandatory law provides a stronger right than this policy, that mandatory right applies.
